  1. Select the content you want to jump to
  2. Insert a bookmark
  3. Add a hyperlink that points to bookmark

Cross- Reference

It refer to specific place in your document, such as heading, figures and tables. It basically help you, if you want to navigate directly to the heading or figures or even tables in your document, So, You can directly go on that by using Cross-reference option.

A cross-reference is a hyperlink where the label automatically generated. It’s great if you want to include the name of the thing you are referencing.
