What documents required for government jobs?

Are you going to apply for government jobs? If yes, then before you apply you should carry the below-mentioned documents required for the government jobs.  Some of them are mandatory to submit before joining any government organization. Above are the lists of documents that are needed to be submitted when applying for government jobs. These documents are mandatory or some of them can be optional, but they need to submit when applying for govt jobs.

ID Proof

It contains voter ID, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, and Passport. You should have these documents as ID Proofs.

Note: – They all are not mandatory, only some of them required or one is required.

Residential Proof

When talked about Residential Proofs, It has various options like water bill, electricity bill, Aadhar Card, etc. You are required to submit these proof of residential not all but some of them or one.

Cast Certificate

If you come in SC/OBC category or other backward classes, you are required to submit its certificate, that clearly shows your caste.

Education Certificate

It depends on the post you are applying for, for example, if you are applying for a post that is against the 10th class, then you need to submit your 10th Marksheet and certificate. And if you are applying for the post which is based on the 12th standard, then you need to submit your 12th Marksheet and certificate. It basically depends on the post you are going to apply for. There are also some posts which only accept graduate or post-graduate candidates, so they need to submit their certificate of qualification. and some additional qualification certificate or diploma such as DCA, CCA, BCC for some posts. Age Proof

Every government post has different age criteria, so for the same, they are required to check your age eligibility, It means your age is sufficient for the post you are going to apply for or not. So, therefore, they need your age proof.

Note:- It can be your Aadhar Card, Pan Card, or Passport.

Disability Certificate

It is an optional certificate that is required by the department or the post you are applying for. It is for those who have any disability; in that case, this type of certificate is required.

Ex-Servicemen

Be an Ex-Servicemen, you required to enclose a discharge letter, Pension payment order, and proof of last held rank while submitting the form

Sports Quota

If you are applying under the sports Quota Category, then you are required to submit your Sports Quota Certificate

Photograph

You are required to have a passport size photo all the time whenever you apply for any job whether it is government or private.

Additional Document

In some special cases, you are required to enclosed these documents Domicile certificate, medical examination Certificate, scanned signature.

Whenever you go for an interview make sure you carry a photocopy of all the documents you have.
