To buy a course, you need to click on the ‘Buy Now’ option available on the course page. After clicking on it, you can proceed ahead and make the payment of the course using a convenient mode of payment to buy it. After purchasing, you will receive the login credentials for it on the registered email address. For Help Watch a video here

After you have selected the course that you wish to purchase, click on the ‘Buy Now’ option on the course page. This will redirect you to the Checkout page. In case you wish to apply any coupon code, the page will provide you an option to do so.

If you are new to the site, you will be asked first to create an account. Or, you can choose the option to buy the course as a ‘Guest' as well. In this case, you will have to fill a form.

On the Checkout page, simply select the payment mode that you wish to use for purchasing the course. The payment options available are Credit/ Debit Card, Internet Banking, as well as UPI.

After making the payment successfully, you will receive a confirmation message as well as email on the registered email address as well as contact number.

After buying the course, you will receive login credentials as well as a course dashboard link on the registered mail address within 15 minutes. You can immediately start the course as per your convenience by going on the dashboard and entering the correct credentials.

Once you’ve successfully purchased the course from the website, you will receive both login credentials as well or login ID and password over your registered email address. Along with the credentials, you will also receive the dashboard link for the course.

Generally, this mail is sent to the registered email address within 15 minutes of making the payment.

The courses available on the site are completely online and, thus, offer the flexibility to one to complete the course within his/her time. The course duration mentioned on the site would be printed on the course certificate. However, the user can finish the course in lesser time as well.

The minimum passing marks percentage for each course on the site is 50%. Only once the user passes the assessment, he/she is eligible for the Certificate.

There are Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) asked in the assessment to complete the course. The number of questions varies for different courses on the website.
The hard copy is sent to the user immediately after he/she completes the course. It generally takes a maximum of 7 days till the user receives the Certificate’s hard copy. This time varies as per the address of the user. However, the soft copy of the course certificate can be generated instantly after finishing the course assessment.
Yes, there is an assessment there for each of the courses on the site. In order to complete the course, the user must finish the assessment. Only after its completion, a certificate will be generated for the same.
No, there are no extra charges in case you get disqualified from the online assessment.
For verification of the course certificate, you have to simply scan the QR code that is mentioned on the Certificate from your mobile phone.
You can go to your course dashboard and download the Certificate from there. You will be asked to enter your login ID and password which you received on your registered mail address after purchasing the course.
Yes, you will receive the hard copy of the certificate within seven days after the successful completion of the course.

After taking the course, you can return it within the period of the next seven days. Once this seven-day period is over, you cannot return a course under any circumstances.

To return any course, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the ‘Return' option available under the ‘Customer Service' section. After clicking on it, you will be asked to fill up a simple form to proceed with the return.
